★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please get email address, also applied for disability have epilepsy, my Psychiatrist told me not to work and to get on Disability. I gave Marquis the form, once I got denied for disability I went and looked. Basically he told them that it doesn’t effect my daily living activities, I have temporal lobe epilepsy, I can’t work right now and I’m on new meds! I know kids who have ADHD who have disability and peoples with depression too. Everytime I get a job I have seizures and get let go. I was gonna give my psychiatrist the papers but sadly he passed, he actually cared and saw me! Great man, but I never see and it’s hard to get In touch with marquis! Totally trashed the form tho!
