β β β β β Drop in class is awesome, especially Wednesday morning class is my favourite. Small fitness Center, but nice people workout there, friendly and gentle. Environment is super clean! I love it!

β β β β β This place has been here for me all my life from daycare when I was a preschooler to the place I voted in the last federal election. Summer camps, martial arts club, I even learned how to swim here before they filled in the outdoor pool and turned it into a street hockey rink. The friendly staff at the gym designed a great workout routine for me when I was a newbie. It's a wonderful, welcoming, inclusive place. If I'm not mistaken, it was one of if not THE first community centre run by the city. I wish it were more celebrated.

There is an indoor gym. Not well maintained though. It is a small park. But it is a good place for bringing kids, to do a barbecue, to do outdoor activities, like play ball, outdoor gyms, Boules, Cricket and rounders, Walking, jogging and running, Tennis and badminton, Yoga, Frisbee. Soccer, etc.

β β β β β You can find everything would would expect in a community centre. There are lots of programs for children, as well as adults. Outside, there is a children's playground, hockey court, basketball court, baseball diamond, and tennis courts, as well as plenty of green space for romping around. As of July 22, 2020, it is closed due to COVID-19.
