★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude owner pasted a sign on my car with glue when there was no sign indicating that the parking spot was for her store only. She was extremely rude and unapologetic when I asked about it and showed her that there is no signage indicating that it's exclusively for her store in a parking lot that appears to be for all businesses in the plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't try to have anything shipped here. Through Amazon, my husband received notification that they received his package. They told him they had nothing from the company, though the man didn't seem to know how the system functioned. My husband called Amazon who then contacted the store to no avail. Amazon re-sent the item and we had it directed to another location for pick-up.
I tried this week to have something through Purolator delivered to them for my pick up (they are a pick-up location for this company as well), and it was refused with no reason given so I had to contact Purolator and get the package redirected to another location that will now cost me potentially two extra days. (Two days doesn't sound like a lot but the thing I'm waiting for is health-related.)
If you see this store listed as an authorized pick-up location for anything - don't bother. Two for two is a bad score.
