★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a big fan of that Arena. Seems old for this day and age. Heaters worked with Wifi but food both not open. Seemed crowded as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rink is a rink is a rink. Yes? No. This arena is like most indoor arenas, but the great thing about this arena is that they offer a skating program. CanSkate has great instructors and our daughter is improving each lesson she attends.
I highly recommend this arena for the CanSkate program!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low ceilings on the ice surface. Small benches. Tiny change rooms. Cramped parking lot. Time to move hockey (especially older ages) to another facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the Markham Expo 2018. The event wasn't ready to begin at their 2 PM start time. No food trucks, half the tables empty and the music wasn't set up yet. I realize this might not be the community centre's fault but on my first visit it skews my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This little gem of a hockey rink is located in Markham on Highway 7 and Markham road. I've been in this area many times and didn't know this arena existed. We had a late night shinny game so this was a pleasant experience. The ice is smooth and fast. The arena is bright and well kept for it's age. The staff that checked our covid paperwork was friendly and polite. The locker rooms were under the bleachers so the head room was a little low. Overall it's a great place to play hockey. Will definitely play here again!
