Very clean and pleasant staff.

The screens on the automated entry and exit are so dim, they are almost unreadable. They are mounted so high that you can't use them from the drivers seat of a Honda Civic. Pressing the help button doesn't do anything. If you are going to charge super premium prices, you should at least provide a minimum level of customer service

I wanted to share a horrible experience on Feb 28 with the parking operator working the morning shift. Beware of parking with Lifelabs, parking is not free. I had an appointment with Lifelabs and buzzed the operator to where to appropriately park to go to Lifelabs. She assured me that I was in the correct parking lot and my ticket would be validated upon exit. After the appointment, I returned to the parking to leave but was confused that I was being charged for parking and buzzed to speak to the same lady asking why. She then informed that there are TWO separate Lifelabs, an internal one and external one from the hospital and the one I visited was not free. She should have explained to me when I first arrived that there are different Lifelabs so I would understand that the rules of the lot. She continued to argue with me saying what she said was correct but I just wanted her to understand it’s very misleading and she hung up in the middle of the conversation because her ego couldn’t admit she was wrong and left out crucial information. She needs to understand as an operator some patients are not frequent visitors and needs to communicate all important information to ease their visit. I buzzed her back to talk to her again but realized it wasn’t getting anywhere and my parking time was reaching the 30min limit and she threatened that if I didn’t pay and leave, I’d be getting charged for another session. Being fed up, I tried paying the 4$ but the machine failed to work so I had to switch machines and at that point I passed the 30min and had to pay 8$. I’m not bothered by the fact that I need to pay for parking but it’s that I was told it was free and she wouldn’t accept that she gave me misleading information. I’m sharing this experience in hopes no one else is misled by the operator and has a smoother visit.
