Mike was personable, helpful, always on time, and always did whatever he said he would do.
His knowledge of home construction was where he really shone. He pointed out issues such as possible water damage and explained concerns with plumbing. Any agent can show you the nice kitchen. Mike went through every crawl space of the dozen or so houses we toured with him.
