Mark didn't cut any corners and is one of the best communicators I've ever met. He sent me extremely detailed justifications as a value assessment for my property. It was clear that he is just as, if not more, emotionally invested in my property sale than I was! He genuinely cares, and will absolutely get the job done.
Mark and Angelina are my go-to realtors from now until either they retire or I die!
BONUS: Really corny jokes and dorky videos included!

He also would not shy away from sharing his thoughts and reasoning for or against property designs, features and locations.

He's honest and genuinely wants you to find a place that suits your needs, he is flexible as your thoughts on what you'd like in a home change. β β β β β Mark is a realtor that goes above and beyond. Due to our circumstances, we had to sell our property from abroad and he couldn't have made it easier for us.
He is very thoughtful and gave us great recommendations to showcase the best of our property. He is also quite realistic about what your property can sell for and is able to explain why.
I also appreciate that he provides weekly (sometimes more frequent) updates to show the work (he does a video for you!) that he's been doing and proactively communicates what he'll be doing in the following days to help increase the chances of getting our property noticed.
I'd highly recommend him as a realtor!

I love the open communication and sometimes overwhelming amount of updates regarding all the listings we're seeing and will potentially see. We've probably seen more than 10+ homes and lost offers on more than 3 before finally getting one accepted. From viewing to the final offering and negotiation process, Mark has been extremely accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure my needs and requests are met.
I couldn't have been happier with this property purchase experience with Mark. He makes this sometimes daunting and exhausting process FUN! It has been a pleasure working with Mark and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
