★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always friendly, the store is always well stocked, and they have great deals on quality clothing. They never seem to put the steel toed shoes on sale that I need for work, but I guess you can’t win them all.. overall, this is the first place I go when I need new clothes.. and I can’t believe they sell Silver brand jeans.. my favourite, and by far some of the longest lasting jeans I’ve ever owned.. keep up the great work..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made the mistake of ordering online based on stock in store. Said they had it available they did not. Have to wait a week for overpriced clothing. Also they can't take your order by phone. So in store pick up is complete waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the Bracebridge store today and think that Kennedy and the other staff deserve some recognition. There was a very challenging customer and the staff was very polite and professional while being treated quite poorly by a not so pleasant customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is amazing. Over the last five months I've had to exchange three pairs of boots because of my job not the boots kind of. They did the exchange every time and we're so helpful finding the proper boots for my job. Great great great store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark's has really nice clothing and footwear but be ready to dish out! I find Mark's a little on the expensive side, and I do understand you get what you pay for but things are a little costly? Been going to Mark's for years, overall it's a great store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thirty minutes in the store trying to find a style and size of slip-on boot that I found comfortable. Limited stock in sizes that I needed. Very few staff on the floor and all helping multiple customers. Over a dozen people in the checkout line. After 5 minutes in line still over a dozen. Left my item that I wanted to purchase on a display shelf and left.
