★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was helpful in assisting us with shoes and anything else we needed, the store was not overcrowded with people which was nice. I purchased some Helly Hanson merino wool socks and my feet have thanked me ever since!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought several pairs of pants on sale.. usually l have a hard time finding larger size, but they had them...walked out with 5 pair of name brand pants for around $150.. l was happy... ,My only complaint is customer service sucked..but once l found what l was looking for ( first time in this store) l was happy not having a usually pushy ( my experience in other stores) sales associate around...IT WAS A GREAT DAY SHOPPING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to find amazing deals, still can find some good deals but nothing like before. Customer service can be hit or miss. Some are great, while others not so much. I was looking for Carhartt work pants for my boyfriend - guess that brand was the only brand not part of the “buy one, get 50% off”. Also bought Helly Hansen rain boots for myself that were on sale *not a door crasher sale item* and young lady at the till would not apply the extra 25% off that was suppose to be applied to all regular price AND SALE ITEMS (excluding door crasher items). She stated that the brand Helly Hansen incorporated the discount already. Nothing noted in the flyer, no signs stated this. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was amazingly friendly. And i like going there. However, I like Mark's for everyday wear because that's all I can get there. If it wasn't marketed as a "work warehouse" store, I'd give a higher rating. The issue I have is that these stores cater to men's workwear. The only women's workwear is scrubs. Scrubs don't work when you work in trades and outdoors. Men's clothes are way too big for me or i guess I'd have to buy them instead. Hanover's store has one aisle of work boots for women, but the men's section has at least 4. Forget about women's work pants unless you want scrubs or want to wear tight skinny jeans to a job site. It's similar in all other marks stores as well. Women don't just work as nurses or cashiers, there are many in construction, transportation, welding, etc; however, this company as well as others, don't think women are in these trades. Where are the variety of women's work boots, good quality pants that withstand actual working conditions (like carpenter or cargo pants for example), work coats.... all the things men can find easily but women need to hunt for and pay twice the price for half the quality. We shouldn't have to buy men's workwear to do our jobs safely and comfortably in today's world. Mark's, get with the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is clean and inviting. However, last time I shopped there I found that there was a very limited variety of women's safety shoes. When I have purchased safety shoes from this store previously there was a lot more variety in style and sizes.
