★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just horrible. First off, when we got there no one acknowledged us and my boyfriend stood there for a long time with no one coming to see him. When we finally got seated (I asked), again no one came to see us for our orders or even water. A middle age white couple who looked well off walked in a good 10 mins after we did and all got their orders in before we did. Moreover, as soon as I saw the menu I asked my boyfriend to leave however he was too hungry and since theres not much around we decided to stay. The prices are extremely high and there is very limited choices. 18$ for a basic hamburger plate is completely ridiculous. My boyfriend and I are from Montreal and we eat out a lot and are used to restaurants, and its the first bad comment I have ever written.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been away from Quebec for over 20 years and this place was very memorable for me. We used to come into town just to pick up some fries from Marius'. Today's visit we just had the poutine and it was average. Service was average. Nice cute area though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm confused as to the poor reviews, we loved our dinner at Marius! We were seated right away, and our waitress was lovely and attentive. My burger was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had, and well worth the price. My daughter is 2.5 and a picky eater and she devoured the kids pizza, I tried a slice myself and it was fantastic (My partner thought so as well). His fish and chips were good, but he agreed after trying a bite of my burger that it was the winner of the evening. The view of the water was perfection, a lovely place to eat and we enjoyed our stay all the way through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great, food came quick, the waitress was fast and effective, food seemed to be made with care. The reason for the low rating is that the ingredients are very clearly low quality. The calamari had a bitter taste to it. It was cooked adequately but I believe that it was most likely frozen calamari which was gross and I couldn't eve finish it. The poutine was okay but the smoked meat is again, obviously low quality. The pizza was okay, but really none of it was anything special. One of the things that really got me annoyed was the immense amount of wasps!! I mean like at least 7 wasps at each table. I'm surprised no one was stung, but man was it annoying!! This restaurant needs better management, less cheap frozen foods and maybe something to cover the terrasse so you don't feel like you're dining with a bunch of annoying wasps.. again I would like the emphasize that the staff is amazing and not a problem. This is a problem the owners have, I wonder if they have dined on their own terrasse with those annoying wasps ???
