★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pretty art deco building built in 1930. As the name suggests, the theme of the building is marine/ocean: to showcase Vancouver as an important commercial port. It was the tallest building in Vancouver till 1939.
It is free to go in (it's not a museum) and there are different businesses inside. A place for 5-min photo stop and a bathroom break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible landmark building with incredible attention to detail and ornamentation from top to bottom. If you are fortunate enough to be invited in, it's most definitely worth sending a few minutes inside. There's so much to see, the longer you look at the details the more you will be rewarded. The architect / builder even inserted one visible flaw somewhere, which you may be able to discover.
