★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed an exact picture of the shape and colour I wanted to get (see picture below, Matte Red Round). She started doing my nails but kept filing them to pointy and i kept asking her make them round like the picture. Finally another lady switched with her but still this lady wasn't filing them round like i asked for. She starts painting my nails burgundy, and at that point I was done explaining i want RED ROUND MATTE that i just let her finish. I have work so i didn't have time for this. When everything was done and i had to pay, i told her that i didn't want to pay because this was not like the picture, or like what i explained. She refused and insisted she did it right. Im sorry but that customer service is really horrible. They were also speaking badly about me in Vietnamese, and continued to speak badly even after I told them i knew what they were saying. I would not recommend this nail spa.

Im actually very disappointed. My friend’s pedicure is horrible, she still had dead skin all over the sole. We didnt notice until we just got back home.
My shellac manicure has spills all over the sides, and is such a poor quality.

As well as a manicure which I absolutely loved how it turned out .Thank you Annie for such an amazing time at the spa - you are very friendly, kind, professional and TALENTED at what you do! 1000% recommend to all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pretty good place among all the generic ones. We had a chance to get service at short notice late after work for two people which is pretty rare case. The quality of the pedicure I got was okay, nothing special, I would say acceptable. If you are in the area I would probably recommend this one out of all.
