I was elated when Marina was able to fit him in her busy schedule after a year wait. The first meeting was disastrous in my opinion because Chris just did not want to engage and wanted nothing to do with Marina!! I was in a panic mode but Marina was so calm and so reassuring that Chris has been her student for the last few years. With 1hr session weekly to three 30mins vertual sessions during pandemic, Chris' verbal speech, reading skill, Q&A, vocabulary comprehension, and willingness to speak have all greatly and satisfactorily improved beyond my expectations. Marina's expertise, her patience, and her trust in her students are admirable and heart warming to me and Chris. Thank you.
