G	Gabriel Tremblay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai trouver le services très médiocre non seulement la secretaire ma appeler avec un air condescendant en me mentionnant que j'avais supposément oblier des rendez-vous que cetais la dernières chance et de ne pas le manquer cette fois rendu là bas jai attendu pendant 1 heures et demi pour me faire traiter comme un chien moi et ma fille de 3 ans que d'ailleurs elle a un problème de compréhension, donc un cas plus difficiles que dautre enfants et rendu là-bas l'optométrice me dis que je dois attendre un autre 45 minutes pour un test avec des goûtes je lui demande alors si je peu attendre le 45 minutes cher moi ,car ma fille ne tien plus en place et je dois changer sa couche elle m'envoie promenner en me disant de sortire de son cabinet et de trouver un autre optométrice de plus durant le 1h et demi que j'attendais dans la salle pour l'examen de ma fille ma fille a fouiller dans son nez et la dame qui travaille là bas a passer au meme moment en lui disant ne fait pas sa en lui tassant la main baitement .. je vous suggère fortement de ne pas allez a cette clinique d'optométrice si votre enfant a le mointre problème de compréhension il n'ont pas laire de savoir intervenir convenablement !! I found the service very poor not only the secretary call me with a condescending air telling me that I had supposedly missed appointments that was the last chance and not to miss it this time went there I waited for 1 hour and a half to have me treated like a dog me and my 3 year old daughter who moreover she has a problem of understanding, therefore a more difficult case than other children and returned there the optometrist tells me that I must wait another 45 minutes for a test with drops I then ask her if I can wait the 45 minutes dear me, because my daughter can't sit still and I have to change her diaper she sends me for a walk telling me to get out of his office and to find another optometrist more during the 1 hour and a half that I was waiting in the room for my daughter's examination my daughter searched in his nose and the lady who works there spent the same time in him saying don't do it in him tamped down nt the hand baiting .. I strongly suggest that you do not go to this optometrist clinic if your child has the least comprehension problem he does not have to know how to intervene properly !!
