★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend this builder. Seven months ago I purchased a unit ( triplex) in Allard Edmonton. They said the possession date is in March. Now it's March and they haven't even dug the foundation. They do not reply to my messages. I don't know what to do. It's just the beginning I don't feel good dealing with this builder. Think twice before purchasing any houses from this company...
