Do not rely on outdoor signage. It is not a fruit store or a butcher's shop. It's just a big, not very clean convenience store.

Good selection of a wide variety of things you might want, like rolling papers and drinks and snacks to go along with.
They sell candy by the weight.
Owner is legit and always there.
He might have clones of himself or I don't even know how he manage.
