My name is Claude Tétrault. I started Marchand West, a small development company, with my father Gerard Tétrault in 1993. My wife Annette and I raised our family of three children, Tania, Charles and Robert in Marchand. Our family enjoyed country living, where everyone knows their neighbour and you can find all of nature’s offerings in one place.
We specialize in the sale of 2 acres lots. We have built a community with a visioncentered on the preservation of nature and the commitment to provide people with affordable living in a country environment. Most of our sales have been through word of mouth, with many repeat customers looking for family and friends. Marchand West residents’ homes show the pride of being a home owner who cares for their property and that of their community.
