Staff are very unprofessional, specially the receptionist. Talking over the phone or even in the person. Rude and very not accommodating. Except the hygienist name Janina. She’s very opposite to others. Friendly and very calm. The receptionist seems like threatening me over the phone about the $100 charges for the rescheduling appointment . I dont care if I need to pay the $100 charges but the way she communicate with me was very disappointing. Also, when Im trying to pay my remaining balance after the insurance for cash, they told me that they dont accept cash only card. And one of the lady on the other table shouted that - “cash is DIRTY!”.
Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience in my visit to Maples Dental Centre for my dental appointment. The receptionists were very welcoming upon entering the clinic you wont feel stranger at all with their hospitality.
Dr Liam is very professional, very detail, and was doing a good job in taking care of my teeth. This is my 4th visit so far and have no issue wth them. I will recommend you to my friends and relatives. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally I was a patient of Dr. N. Weiszner at his office on Portage ave.since 1980. Even when I moved to Kenora for 20 years I would come to see Dr. Noah for my dental work. I always had full confidence in my dentist. Over the years I have had many dental problems and some emergencies. Somehow with the emergencies the staff always managed to fit me in. Currently I see Dr Sharma. I still continue to have dental issues and Dr Sharma does her best to help sort them out. I have full confidence and trust in her. She is friendly, kind, professional and does a great job to decrease my anxiety. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The environment has been enhanced by recent renovations. It is professional yet welcoming. I would definitely recommend the Maples dental centre to anyone who needs dental work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my Dentist, now who can say that. Dr. Aparna Sharma is amazing. She is friendly, professional, kind, funny and just a Wonderful person. She even makes getting a root canal a good experience. All the staff are always friendly and happy. It makes walking into the dentist office less stressful.
