Both Oliver and Brent were very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at for my dad...Oliver started but due to my timing, Brent finished. Everything was handled very efficiently as I had to rush out with the Santa Fe Sport Luxury to catch a ferry and deliver the car to my parents in Nanaimo. I would deal with these guys again!

Brad made me feel comfortable with no pressure to buy and explained and showed me the history of the vehicle I was interested in! Once I decided I wanted to finance a new Hyundai Kona N-Line, I was referred to Brent Miscisco and Maple Ridge Hyundai by a friend. Overall, I can say that my experience was excellent! Brent did not pressure me at all and was very straightforward. I knew exactly what I was getting into and all fees were disclosed to me before committing to the purchase. When I came to pick up the car, there were no surprise fees or add ons. I also did not feel pressured to add anything on when working with Chelsey in the Finance department. Brent helped me to get the exact car I wanted and I love it so much. He was always easy to reach and even helped me to add the Ultimate upgrade after having placed the factory order.
