★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly awful. Unprofessional. So glad I saved my child from this place and took him to a professional paediatric dentist.
The doctor was painfully unprofessional and un knowledgeable. She had also attempted at giving my child a psychiatric "diagnosis" ? then offered us to make an appointment for the children's hospital in 6-8 months... While he's in great pain....
Wouldn't take to this clinic there a stray cat.
We ended up goin to Ridge Meadows paediatric dentist: no "psychiatric" comments were needed. A REAL, PROFESSIONAL, caring paediatric dentist welcomed us. Not one tear.
Pain free in 2 hours. Magic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't typically do reviews but felt compelled to after our visit today. I have a 2 year old toddler and it was his first time at the dentist. I was prepared for a full meltdown! However, the team at Dr. Nancy's office were all so great! Her front desk was friendly (I didn't get her name), Lindsay her assistant was really friendly and thorough. When she got Dr. Nancy for the exam, she came in pretty much right away. I found Dr. Nancy direct and to the point but really calm. The whole process from checking my son's teeth, to brushing and fluoride treatment was quick and concise which I completely appreciate as my son is young and has the attention span of zero. Lol
Coming in, I appreciated how fast and efficient they are. They did what they have to do with very few tears and very little time! I was pleasantly surprised as I am in the dental field myself and I have a good appreciation of what they did today! I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Nancy and her lovely staff! We will be coming back for sure!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of Maple Ridge Dentistry for kids are all wonderful. They are professional and warm. My girls and I are comfortable and happy when we're there. The decor is very child friendly and fun.
I appreciate how fast they attended to us. I was prepared to wait for a long time because we were there for an extraction but it was through much quicker!
They are also very good at reminding you of your appointment through both text and email.
All around a very good place for children and their parents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lovely team at Maple Ridge dentistry for kids got my daughter from total fear and refusal of the dentist to actually getting a scaling done. Hoping for brushing and X-rays next time! They are so compassionate and patient and suggested a “desensitization” process of multiple small appointments with very tiny increments of progress with the same team each time to get her comfortable and it really worked. Ok the toy machine didn’t hurt either lol. Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best places for children. Today my son take out 2 tooth and 6 silver cap . They did amazing job. My son didn’t have pain after surgery and hi eats soup after 1 hour surgery. Amaaaaaaazing I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just received care from Dr. Justin. My daughter was extremely anxious about having a filling done, but his team walked her through an anxiety attack and were amazing with her care. We left with a huge amount of relief and a cavity taken care of. We appreciate the patience and skill of everyone in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ! My son has been going here from about age 6 and is now 8. He always looks forward to going because everyone is so friendly and he gets tokens and popsicles. Today was getting 2 teeth removed and he was quite nervous. The doc talked with me first to understand how my son felt and any history. He told my son he could stop him anytime if he needed to. My son did stop him a few times, and then agreed to continue. So it took extra time but the doc wasn't flustered or rushed at all. At the end he even took extra time with me to explain how impressed he was with my son at age 8 for keeping going through something he was worried about. My son left feeling 10ft tall because of the docs glowing pride in him. So lovely! So appreciative. Well done!
