The staff is kind, friendly and always willing to help out with any questions. They keep me informed of changes and discount opportunities. One being new client recommendations and new client discounts. The facility is clean, dry, easy accessible, great security (very important for me) and in a good location. I highly recommend them.

K	Ken R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is clean I will give them that However they raise the rent every year and use the excuse that due to the economy we have to raise the costs As if they are the only ones suffering when everyone is in the same boat We all are suffering and you raising the costs isn't helping If I could find somewhere else to affordably store my stuff I would move my stuff out but because of the economy and housing prices being insane I'm stuck being over priced by these guy's

The manager Diane is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond her clients needs. i purchased two very large TV boxes and she spent time to help me get them into my car when i realized they were too big for me to handle all by myself! I highly recommend this company, clean, organized and great customer service!

Diane - the Store Manager - really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. Even before doing an actual reservation she made sure a locker was available and can be held until my arrival, we then visibly inspected to make sure the size was correct or if I needed anything in the unit, did a walk through of the grounds, and went in detail about the terms and conditions and how we can work together. She also has water and other beverages if need be. I hope this goes far and Diane, thank you so much!

Diane, the Store Manager of the Langley location not only held a locker for me she gave me a bottle of water when I was most desperate for one and then gave me two packages of Dad's cookies ? Diane and her staff take customer service to a whole new level. "Diane, if you ever read this, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
