They do offer good benefits and good pay.
But with the current regulations of the company right now, they treat their employees unfairly. I do not work here personally but knows some people who do. The production lines of the meat are moving too fast. If problems and issues arises, usually corporates and supervisors brush them off. Sometimes, favoritism also plays a big role in which people get to go to a higher rank even without going through the right procedures.
This company has been around for while. And has been providing a lot of people with money to get through with their daily expenses and the company definitely offer good benefits. But i do hope they change how they treat their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They shouldn't fired a person with a learning disability. I have a learning disability that I don't understand things, listen very well to instructions and focusing. There is no team work, their leadhand don't have patients with people, they are the supervisor's pet. They should give people second chance to work there again and don't give them the chance, that's stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really disgusting. Supervisors have no sense and the management is really worst. They just fire people without any reason and never explain anything like why they are going to fire them and never gives any warning.And the leadhands are supervisor’s pets. There is a lady, she is a supervisor and she don’t know how to talk with anyone even though if they are sending home early she always give order and never apologize. I never recommend anyone to work here.
