★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting really friendly customer service from all the reviews. Instead, I felt like the shopkeeper didn't want me there from his tone of voice. And it wasn't just because I came close to closing, because I heard the shopkeeper being very friendly to the other two who were there. On top of that, their website says they have 18 Steelcase Leap 2s in stock, but they only had one left when I went (which was purchased by the other customer there). The showroom was also quite cluttered. There were a lot of chairs around, but the desks were all stacked in a way that you wouldn't really be able to try them out (aside from the cubicles). Many of the chairs were stained/very obviously physically damaged, and most of the Haworth Zodys I tried were broken in at least one adjustment.
I know I didn't make an appointment, and I didn't buy anything today, but I was genuinely browsing to try chairs that I COULD get from them someday. I was planning to get a Steelcase Leap from them in the future when they had them back in stock and maybe a height-adjustable desk, but I don't think I'll shop here again because of this experience.

They were able to help me to find a desk that works perfectly in my home office, they asked questions and made sure we double checked all the measurements + other details. I called ahead Thursday and when I arrived Friday morning, I was promptly greeted by the ever-affable Monty who had the chair I was interested in ready to go. Rick quickly prepared the bill and loaded the chair into my vehicle. Never any attempts to upsell. I would add that the knowledge of these two men is impressive indeed. I always leave Map Office Furniture feeling good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place for used but very good condition office furniture. I bought two Herman Miller chairs from here at a very reasonable price. Given good ergonomic chairs are to the north of $1000, I would highly recommend this place for reasonably priced used ergonomic chairs.
