Pure waste of money if you took insurance under them. We just needed help with a clinical test and their customer service said you won't be covered.

Manulife has still not fixed a 'glitch' that they have been made aware of over six weeks ago. Excuses get old. Get providers listed that are apparently in your system.

Most of my interactions with manulife is online and through emails and the application. The fact I cannot respond to emails in the way they do business and the way they ask for information makes the customer do all the heavy lifting. Not a fan of their customer service (I'm doing most of the service) . I've had green shield and they were a lot more willing to help and easier to work with.

Waited on phone for nearly an HOUR for them to pickup the phone and then I had to hangup. Imagine someone going threw an emergency. A company this big should have an option of call backs. No one should wait more than 10-15 minutes. ?

4 hours on the phone and got nothing. I see the claim as complete but no resolution provided, nor the customer service answers

Waiting time on call center exceed 50 minutes, CSR wasn't able to answer a simple question about dental plan coverage and ended the call in the middle of the conversation, it didn't call back.

Still waiting for a call back after 3 weeks they promised to call me back within a week than promised to get a call the same day and nothing. Loosing lots of money on my retirement plan. Might change my review if they call me back soon

If I could post less then a star I would. By far the worst company to deal with. If I had choice I would not give them any more of my business. Covid started 2 years ago and they still use the same poor excuse for horrible customer service. Try to get through on phone and the wait times are in excess of 2 hours only to get the call dropped. They will not return a call or email. There is no dealing with them unless you get a lawyer involved. I just wish employers would look into them before signing up for group insurance for their employees.
