★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously hard to use the webpage. It doesn't work on phones and the app doesn't allow you to download rrsp receipts. Only company my local H&R block had troubles with this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Manulife to have the dates of my rrsp withdrawal changed. They continue to take my money on days I did not authorize. Everytime I call nothing gets fixed. Even though they say it’s fixed. I emailed in 5 times in the last 30 days and no reply. Who knows if they will ever stop taking my money. I am unable to trust this company with rrsp anymore.
