★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think about taking your child here for a haircut. Terrible service and the area wasn't even cleaned. For $20 you'd expect a decent job and an even haircut, but that is not the case. They promised a "my first haircut" certificate, but it has been 3+ weeks and still giving the run around. Joke of an establishment, look elsewhere for a baby haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The groupon says $70 dollar value for $35. So, before I bought the Groupon, I took my adult son in for a haircut. They askes if I had a Groupon. I said no . They said a male haircu and condition was $25 ? So, how do post on Groupon that it is $70 ? It is just a scalp massage with conditioner for 2 minutes. Cheper to just walk in off the street. The hair was not balanced at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit scared after reading some of the reviews but I honestly had one of the best experiences here. I had a Groupon for $44 for partial highlights, cut and condition. Such a steal! Negar did my hair and was so gentle even though I have very long, tangled hair. I would highly suggest her as she did better then other high end salons I’ve been too. I’ll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time yesterday. I got my body waxing. I must say it was a great experience with her. She was very calm and patient throughout the process. I saw some bad reviews saying they don’t treat people well who have groupon. I was nervous because I had it too but she greeted me very nicely and treated me so well. I am planning to book my future appointments with her now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were friendly and professional. I got partial highlights for the first time in my life. Navi was my hairstylist and he was very patient, knowledgeable and communicative. He answered all my concerns, and was transparent about the procedures and the products being used. Overall he made my visit worth it. Really loved the haircut and highlights. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess that's why they honoured the groupon discounted price for a haircut and deterred me from buying the groupon; they wanted more clientele. I would have been furious paying full price for a jagged unblended layered cut that they didn't even thin out per my request. Whats the point of asking how I want my hair cut if you can't deliver. They do not have modern techniques in cutting hair. They tried to curl the ends to hide the unblendedness. Worst haircut ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience with Mantra salon. The owner came on her day off to cut and colour my hair. She DID AN AMAZING JOB! I would have showed you guys my hair but I wear a hijab. Everyone complemented me today. You are so sweet! Thank you for such an amazing experience.
