★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt they are awesome in their other services but for hair pls don't go their and never let manju to touch your hair, she will give you very terrible no matter you telling her thousand time to don't touch your hair length but she will give you short hair cut like her hairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service booked a appointment for hair cut on Friday morning. When I went to get my hair cut I was told the lady who cuts hair is not there that day .but funny thing whoever book the appointment didn't know that. Will not go there again zero stars for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if I can give this place no stars I would. I booked an appointment to get my eyebrows threaded and was super excited to get them done. I have been growing out my brows for a year so I over drew them and asked her to just clean around them. It was fool proof and very easy to achieve. She completely ignored my request and made her own shape taking half my brows off, no joke. She kept wiping my brow with her finger, when I asked to see the progress I was horrified to see what she did. I told her she took too much off and that’s not what we agreeed on, and she began to tell me that’s my shape. When I can clearly see my other brow and see that half my brows were gone. When I told her c’mon you can clearly see the difference it’s not even a small difference she began to giggle and mock me to her sister. Totally unprofessional, horrible service and a lack of skill. Don’t bother wasting your time, unless you want to leave there practically in tears!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a slight trim at the bottom. Not to lose length. And after a week, I am still not able to understand how did I lose all my length. The girl Rupi how was the hair artist was so rude, she didn't acknowledge her mistake, kept arguing and completely unprofessional. Manju tried to fix it but I have lost my length, and shape and I don't know if my hair will be in the same style coz it was natural growth after a pixie cut. I am very upset. Very upset. I won't advise you to go there for a cut. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This should be a 0 rating.I will never go back and IF YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON I SUGGEST YOU NEVER GO HERE . The owner Manju has no knowledge/experience dealing with black people for brazillian wax. I tried this place based on a recommendation from a friend who goes there for threading. I wanted a brazillian wax done. The bed was only covered with a small sheet of paper and only partially. No gloves where worn ( when I asked, she said its hard for her to use the wax with gloves). As she was waxing this lady asked me a very offensive question regarding my skin tone being so dark (what professional thinks this is OK to ask?!). I immediately told her it was offensive to ask such a question. If she had done waxing on black people she would know everyone has different skin tones and it's normal for some areas to be darker. In addition she was interupted by a knock on the door and in the middle of the wax she left to attend to the person knocking. I would not recommend this place to anyone. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME.
