Never take driving road test in dauphin because the driving inspector is very bad. She tried to you make mistake if you are good then she try to take more time to supervise your driving about 40 minutes. Basically its 20 minutes. So at last she said to you . You are not passed this time try next time.. so we careful before taking road test date in dauphin.

The young fellow that assessed my vehicle today was very curt, unfriendly, not courteous in any way, in fact was rude in his tone when said β€œI can’t hear you”....didn’t even introduce himself as the assessor. Not impressed at all

There is always a wait when there. I waited 45 minutes for the customer ahead of me. The customer service is good though when dealing with an agent. I believe MPI should hire more staff for the Dauphin location to alleviate unreasonable wait times.

I was done perfectly parallel parking and inspector said it's too far and second time he said you failed very poor inspection.few time I was notice never recommend to anyone.

Not a good feeling dealing with MPI Dauphin first called in a claim March 11. Gave them a full description as to what happened I was informed the car needed to be towed to Ste Rose and if we wanted it towed to Dauphin we had to pay the difference. I brought to Dauphin on my own dime. They called me March 14th with only part of the claim they forgot about the backend damage. They told me I had to have two claims double my deductible 1 for going into the ditch and 1 for getting pulled out. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and still no reply while my wife sits at home in the middle of no where with no car. MPI I sure nothing happens to her. My I say when I hit the ditch there is NO cell service and thankfully someone come along and pulled me out otherwise I could have froze to death. But that does not matter to MPI

When we first tried going in to talk to the front desk person. All she wanted us to do was leave. Kept trying to rush an elderly lady to go wait in the cold weather while we called mpi to start the claim. While we were on the phone, starting the claim she gave me permission to speak on her behalf. We ended up being transferred to the dauphin location, which a kinder lady picked up and helped us. We gave them the paperwork from Dean Cooley about the mice chewing wires. They sent us to squeaky clean. We gave squeaky the paperwork, then drove the suv 2 hours back home. 2 weeks later we didn't hear anything from anyone. I called and was questioning what was going on, they never contacted a tow truck to come get it. Never contacted squeaky clean to see when he was available to do the work. Expected us to do all that, whatever we did it. Tow truck came on Saturday last week and brought it to swan river, and then to dauphin on Monday. I get an email saying neither of them have paperwork. (Will do updates on review)
