MICEC is a provincial, not-for-profit, charitable and educational organization that works to promote awareness and understanding of Indigenous culture for all Manitobans.
MICEC houses more than 10,000 books and video and hundreds of artifacts and works of art.
There are many programs and services as well, giving the Indigenous and non-Indigenous community a wonderful opportunity to learn about many different Indigenous cultures.

I only wish they were open after 4:30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a couple times, very modern and nice not what you'd expect for the area. Beautiful reading area with a big collection of books. The art and exhibits are wonderful. Tours are available and events are frequent. A small gem!
