β β β β β Very bad experience,I give them zero star,If I can.The host,I think herβs name linda is very rude and overbearing. I told her we want a quiet tableοΌbut she bring us just beside party guy. I asked her change one,she said why?I told her againοΌwe want a quiet table,she is very rude told us go otherside and beside party guy table,then go away. We stronger request server change a table for us,Server smile to us and tell us,We can change a quiet place like we want.When we stand up go other table.The host is comeback ask us why change table,and loudly told server I'm in charge here not your,OkοΌIt is really overbearing, How could happen thisοΌSo bad,so bad......Food is poor,Meat is very dry,Many fruit fly on salad bar, Host is horrible .They don't care people's feeling. Never comeback this mandarin.

β β β β β *Windsor ON Location* Always had a great experience at all the other Mandarin except this one!!!!Disgusting and got food poisoning (I barely ate because there was not many options and somehow got this severe food poisoning)!!! The lady was cleaning the glass top where the food was and all the dust was going onto the food. The shrimp was not cleaned properly, because there was still a lot of black residue inside.There is no chicken breast?? When my father asked the owner he said that they cannot make it because it will dry up and nobody likes dry chicken!! Really? (He also mentioned to my dad that he carries 214 items and my dad said well desserts and apps take most of that, because there truly was not many entries to choose from) My dad grabs ribs, and he can't even cut a piece. When the owner came around my dad showed him and asked him to cut it he said my dad should try cutting it the other side. My dad asked him too again and when tried he couldn't. I mean really why spend all this money to decorate the place when first and foremost the food isn't up to standards. I must say the only person who really cared is a waitress named Eva. What a gem and is so happy at her job. She had even came around to make sure everything was okay after the owner left our table. Other than that, it was a horrible place for my father to spend his birthday!

β β β β β I came during the week so the buffet was not available. However, in it's place was a variety of small dishes available from a menu. In my opinion this method was a lot better than getting food from the buffet. I found the dishes were fresher and tasted better. There are plenty of selections to choose from and everything I chose tasted great. Depending on how much you can eat but for my family paying for each individual dish as oppose to paying the price of an all you can eat buffet for each person worked out to be cheaper. For myself and my parents the price of the meal including drinks and gratuity came to $65, about 11 dishes. Which included one dish for take out to bring home. Also we were able to bring home any leftovers. Something we couldn't do had it been the buffet. The buffet however is still available during weekends. I haven't experienced the buffet since before Covid-19 so I'm unable to comment on it. I recommend experiencing the small dishes menu. I think it's worth coming to many times as there are so many dishes you would want to try.
