I've also been burned and number of times by stylists "going rogue" and doing the opposite of what I ask for. Needless to say, I despise finding a new stylist and require one who's a true master of their craft. Ryan took the time to discuss, listen, and understand what I'm looking for before he picked up the scissors. He interpreted my indecisive, non-technical terms to produce a great style while still only taking a little bit off the ends which is exactly what I was looking for. Ryan's gained my trust, I'm glad I gave him a shot.
