I tried to call him and message him through the app and heard nothing only for him to cancel the job 24 hours later leaving me stranded in my house. I’m handicapped and had no way of leaving my house or having things delivered to me. I get that everyone was trying to clean up from this storm but to keep me waiting all day only to cancel the job at the last minute was not only unprofessional but just plain cruel.
R	Robert Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Tuesday May 24, 2022 I called Majestic at 9:30AM and spoke to Kayla. I needed 3 limbs removed which had fallen due to the storm and 2 shrubs trimmed. She told me that Jesses's crew was working in the area and would be over after they finished their current job. I called again at 10:00AM and Kayla told me that they would be finished the job in one to two hours and would then come to my house. Just before 11:30AM, I called again to let them know that I had to leave and that my wife would be in when they arrived and gave Kayla her number. Kayla said that she would be at our house in 20 minutes to give a quote and that if we liked the quote that she wiuld send Jesses's crew over. I got home at 4:30PM and my wife told me that no one called and no one came. Earlier in the afternoon my wife called Kayla and got no answer. I called Kayla at 4:40PM and she said thatshe was to busy doing estimates in Brampton to come and that Jesse went back to Brampton to work rather than come to my house. Kayla lied about coming to do an estimate and lied about jesse coming after he finished with a job nearby. To add insult to injury Kayla never called to say that neither she or Jesse were coming. Meanwhile my wife spent the afternoon waiting for someonre to come. It is disgusting how we were treated. The compamy has shown that they are dishonest, untrustworthy, unreliable and undependable. They broke the promises and commitments they made to me. I urge people not to deal with this company. Don't let them screw you like they screwsd us. Robert Ferguson

I called Jesse at 10 pm on Saturday night and the tree was gone by 12:45 am on Sunday morning. Efficient and a great clean up job, like the tree was never there. Thank you Jesse and his team for a great service.

Not only did he and his colleague get all the work done in a timely manner, but they also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Majestic Maple. A tree fell on a car in the parking lot of our family’s rental property during a wind-storm, and tenant was obviously upset that her car was damaged. Jesse and company removed the tree in a very prompt and efficient way and also did a great clean-up of all debris. Very fair price as well!

He and his crew did a good job removing the fallen tree. I also have a very tall mulberry with its canopy stretched far beyond the fence line. Jesse spent a significant amount of time trimming it back to shape. It was no easy task but the result was amazing. He and his crew left two neat piles of firewood in my backyard as well. I am very impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who could use some tree services.

The crew turned up as scheduled on the dot, evaluated the work carefully, and worked very efficiently from start to finish without wasting any time chatting around. They were friendly and easy to deal with. After the removal they disposed all the wood and cleaned up well. Later even our neighbours commented on their professionalism and expertise. These guys know what they are doing and perform the job professionally, safely, and according to local municipal and arborist standards. I highly recommend Majestic Maple Tree Service ?
