L	Lynne Ionita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of sausages, they are delicious and varied. The beer which are brewed in Quebec are excellent. They also sell a large selection of spices that aren't very expensive, and I could ramble forever about their smoked duck.
T	Tigress on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love these sausages because they are unique and aren't just for breakfast and the BBQ anymore. These sausages are very versitile and you can use them on pizza (Italian medium or mild) on pasta (any spicy or flavoured sausage such as feta and olive or veal and basil). The Chorizo sausage is excellent for Spanish Chicken. And because I require about two (2) pounds of sausage ordering ahead is a good idea (as they may not have that specific amount in the counter and only require a day notice to prepare). Their sausage sandwiches are delightful (only select sausages available for sandwiches) and I like to change up the different toppings depending on the sausage that I choose. They also offer either soup (the soup is satisfying and tasty) or potato chips and drink as a combo meal. Many of their sausages are excellent for the BBQ paired with their Québec craft beers (one stop shopping no need to head to the SAQ). So many other products to choose from spices, mustards, BBQ sauces to so much more. If you enjoy cooking, it is a fun shop to just come in and look around. This is a small shop that does have a few spots to sit down to eat inside and offers limited seating outside as well. The staff is warm and friendly. and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
P	Puppy Chonkers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I really love their sausages and they have many local artisan products like Beatrice chocolate or La Fougère already made lunches. It's also a nice idea to serve hot dogs with their own sausages and nice bread. They have a nice seating area to eat outside during the summer too. I haven't really had a bad sausage from them yet. Just be prepared to pay extra for the nice products

The young man serving me was the epitome of excellent customer service and made me feel very welcome and not anoyed by my lack of french. That said,I feel the having bilingual signage would definitely improve sales , also samples. Overall a wonderful experience and I'm so glad it's in my town.

Recently had out of town family visit, we BBQ'd several varieties and I got an email from my visiting aunt once she got home to pick up and deliver a huge amount - (4 from each variety) which we brought her when we went there to visit. And, their sandwiches? Can't be beat and they are an incredibly reasonably priced given the ROI! YUM.
