When leaving a voice message, I do not receive a call back and I do not get answers to my email most of the time.
I have been trying to get an appointment (to get help for the taxes) for a month or so and I have been emailing and calling very often. They did got back to me with a time proposal for an appointment and when I am trying to confirm it, calling and emailing, for couple of days, I am still not able to have a confirmation.
