Ils m'ont trouvé resplendissante dans cette magnifique robe de soie bleu-turquoise. Merci à Ariane et Isabelle qui ont tenu compte des changements que j'ai apportés. Merci à toute l'équipe. Un accueil plus enveloppant est suggéré par contre au niveau des petites attentions, comme d'accueillir à la porte lors des essayages, car la cliente est attendue;accrocher le manteau,prendre le parapluie, servir le café offert ! Vous avez participé au bonheur de cette journée mémorable,se remarier après 33 ans avec le même homme en plus! my wrap-around wedding dress should be called "heart-hugging" because it's the reaction it has generated all day long. A more enveloping welcome is suggested by the level of small attentions, like to greet at the door during fittings, because the client is expected to hang the coat, take the umbrella, serve coffee! Malheureusement j’ai commandé ma robe ailleurs me laissant influencer par des rabais qui n’en étaient pas. Les prix chez Ariane Carle sont honnêtes et les vendeuses sont à l’écoute et s’occupe réellement de vous lorsque vous êtes en boutique, tout en restant discrètes. J’irai définitivement la pour mes dernières retouches ! :) Excellent service during my two visits to the store. Unfortunately I ordered my dress elsewhere letting me be influenced by discounts that were not. The prices at Ariane Carle are fair and the sales assistants are attentive and really take care of you when you are in store, while remaining discreet. I will definitely go there for my final touches! :)

In other boutiques in Montreal, you may meet pushy sales assistants who treat you poorly once you decide not to buy a dress. However, Ariane made sure that I had time to consider the dress and was absolutely understanding and patient.
