STOPP!! STOP!! STOP!! Don't waste your money here, the staff is very rude and services are overpriced. They charge alot and rip you off, in the beginning they under charge/quote to get the client in the door and then after they increase your charges and even if they made a mistake that needs to be changed.. Guess what... the client gets charged for the changes (price is to be determined no proper hourly rate). Avnash the owner had no customer service sense or proper staffing. We dropped our plan off in June and it took them nearly 6 months to complete the job .. When I asked they said they were understaffed, as their staff turnover rate is horrible.. How's that are fault?? Now finally the plan is at city hall again with the changes (put us behind by 2 months) Waste of time and money,make the right choice the first time. The government should investigate and shut places like this down. On top of everything the front desk lady yelled at our kids for being in the office with us...like common.. Ask politely they are only kids. We couldn't leave them at home or daycare. So they made them wait in the car by their selves. Otherwise, the front desk lady is nice but she ain't no help if the organization is not going to take customer service complaints seriously!!!! My husband and I became fed up with this place and switched over to another engineer after being ignored for 3 weeks (no one returned our call) the other business gave us prompt service and charged us much less then this place. Anyways, no sense of respect or communication skills with this organization.. Go to them if you want to waste your money, Absoulelty the worst business and staff ever!! Zero value for the amount of money you pay. Save your money and go elsewhere. Keep up the good work!!
