We live in Chilliwack and we watched them do a ton of work on some townhouse communities near us. Recently, we needed some aluminum work done on our house, so after doing our research and talking to the builders using them nearby, we decided to hire Mainland to get our yard fenced off for our dogs. They also supplied us with our huge, privacy gate and some glass railings for our balcony. We put in our order and were told it could take a few weeks to be completed. We were more than happily surprised when they showed up a week and half later to install everything! It's rare that trade companies are ahead of schedule and Tj was just an absolute delight to work with. So easy to talk to and always available by phone to answer any questions we had. Very pleasant and honest guy to work with. He went the extra mile in helping us pick out our designs and paint colors and his pricing was more than fair. We've been recommending him to everyone we know and will continue doing so!

We recently had a large cantilever driveway gate along with aluminum fencing installed around our property. Right from the start, the owner TJ was very pleasant and professional to deal with. Communication was very prompt and we always felt like we were a priority. Even though our project was small compared to large commercial operations, we never felt less important. We were a little indecisive regarding our fencing needs from the start, but TJ came up with a detailed plan that suited our needs and fit into our financial budget accordingly. The timeline for completion was fast and I can honestly say the results were outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the design, functionality and quality of the product. I like the fact that Mainland Aluminum have their own manufacturing operation at the head office which greatly attributes to the quality and design options available. The installers were friendly, professional and genuinely cared about their work. It was a pleasure to see all aspects of the project come together without a shortfall in any area. That’s a rarity these days. Look no further if you are considering any other options out there. In my opinion, Mainland Aluminum can’t be beat in this industry. First of all, Mainland Aluminum Co 2015 Ltd prices far beat all the other quotes I had collected from other various railing companies and he was also so friendly and easy to deal with. The installation process was timely, clean, and seamless. Once installed, the railings looked amazing. They add such a beautiful finish to the front of our house. Our neighbor even gave us a compliment within hours of having them. You won't be disappointed!!!!

TJ came by to measure my aluminum needs and went back to create my railings which was very basic/ I called back about 2 weeks before I needed my railings & asked him to install my lower railings sooner because I was getting my lot graded & the temp railings were going to be dug up which meant that the Tennants suite was going to be lefT open & prone to injury- TJ told me don’t worry-I’ll get my staff to complete the project ahead of time. He not only did he do that but he showed up to do the work himself because a staff member called in sick They installed my railings with CANDLELIGHT! seriously???? Who does that these days? !!!!! R u kidding me ?!?!? Really!?!?! I will never contact another company again for aluminum railings- I love these guys !!! The best company hands down
