Worst construction cleaning. This company has no experience and it really shows. It's very apparent that this business was created simply to waste time and money. Cleaning is not in their repertoire.

The Maid 4 You team has been cleaning our office for 6 months and we could not be happier with the service. Everything is always so clean and smells so fresh once they have been through, especially the bathroom!!! It literally sparkles. Thanks guys!

They did such a great job on my home! I can literally eat off my floors and the kitchen has never been so clean! Highly recommend. We've been through 4 other cleaners and were always disappointed and weren't sure what to expect. We are very pleased.

Overall I would give Maid 4 You Cleaning another shot ? they were highly recommended for their exceptional customer service from a mom's group I am apart of. The communication needs to improve with the business and that is why I have the lengthy explanation. The booking was pretty simple and I was so thankful that they were able to get me in I contacted them on short notice for a cleaner for the end of the month (I'm sure they were very busy!!) I had been communicating with the owner via text and email and when it finally came time to book me in she had said she just needed my phone number, first and last name to put me on the schedule. We had been communicating that same day (via text), my email is my first and last name but I also indicated my first and last name in the text I sent that same day, which also had my email in that same text. I was a little frustrated to have to type that all out ? not the worst thing in the world just a tad frustrating that the dots were not connected. The day came and it was finally my day to have a clean! I LOVED the automated text that was sent saying that my clean was happening! I had gotten a last-minute email the night before saying that my clean that was suppose to happen at 1230 was going to happen at 230... Usually not an issue but we had a viewing on my house so I had to reschedule that. Also, I didn't see the email until the morning. I would have hoped from a business that I would have gotten a phone call for the moving of time for my scheduled appointment? Then comes the time that the girls show up at the house. The first cleaner showed up at 215 pm (the rescheduled appointment time was 230...) I had heard someone enter my house and I was a little scared so I went upstairs to see the cleaner in my house asking me if I was the other cleaner? This was odd... She then mentioned to me that she thought it was weird that the other cleaner hadn't shown up yet and that she should be here by now? .. I gave her the rundown and she got started and did a GREAT job! Very impressed and happy with this particular cleaner. I think there was just a lack of communication sent to her and not her fault at all! She was a real gem. Then I get a call from the second cleaner saying that the cleaning service was supposed to be scheduled for 215 will be moved to 315 bc of an appointment. That was odd because the one girl was actually at my house already? Then the final girl shows up. Here is what the first girl did in 1.5hrs: - clean inside and outside of the stove - clean inside and outside of the fridge - clean countertops + kitchen sink - clean all blinds downstairs (one bedroom + main area) - deep clean screen door surround - clean all window sills -vacuum couch -vacuum floors downstairs - mop floors downstairs Here is what the second girl has gotten done in 1.5hrs: - clean all blinds upstairs (3 bedrooms) - clean all window sills - dust TV console area When I checked up on the second girl a quarter of the way when she had gotten here I mentioned to her that if she could stay for longer that it was not a problem for me (cost-wise) I understood that it was an hourly rate so if she wanted to stay that would be fine! Then about an hour and a half into her cleaning, I went upstairs to start to clean the bathrooms myself and she then approached me saying that "my time was up" that was her telling me that she is ready to go home for the day. She had mentioned that she was at a doctor's appointment prior and showing up at my house and that there were no cleans scheduled for after me. I was disappointed that she couldn't get through similar amount as the first girl. Overall I would give them another shot but I would say that they could work on their communication. I would also say that if someone isn't feeling well make them stay home so that productivity doesn't fall. I can imagine it's hard to hire cleaners in Victoria so I get that outsourcing is probably not the easiest! I was really happy with the productivity first girl she did a stand out job! I can't thank her enough!

Absolutely AMAZING job and great attitudes! We hadn't had a deep clean since moving in and doing renovations over a year ago so we were in desperate need. They came to the rescue and I CAN NOT BELIEVE how great the place looks. My only regret is not reaching out to Maid 4 you Cleaning Services sooner! Even removed scratches from the new stainless fridge that we thought were going to be there forever... SOOOO HAPPY! 6STARS!!! :-)

We contracted for a 'deep clean.' Owner of the business came to our home at our request for a viewing. We asked if she had a checklist so that we could see what a deep clean involved. We did not receive one but contracted for a deep clean based on favourable reviews. A BIG disappointment! We were told the job would be five person hours (2 workers x 2.5 hours). Shortly before the scheduled time we were told that the work had been rescheduled for an hour sooner - we scrambled to adjust our departure plans. The first cleaner arrived on time and informed us that instead of 2.5 hours, they would give us only 2 hours total. Later the owner said they stayed longer than 2.5 hours, leaving us confused and most certainly the job does not reflect the deep clean we had contracted for. The second cleaner arrived 10 minutes late at which time we left the home to them. When we returned after the scheduled time had passed, we were dismayed and disappointed to see that carpets downstairs had not been vacuumed, oven was not cleaned (a specific term of our agreement), window ledges were not wiped clean, and more. There were highly visible footwear prints in several places (not from us). Counters in the kitchen had been superficially wiped. Fingerprints and crumbs on the dining room table. Picture frames, base boards and table tops not all wiped thoroughly clean. We reached out to the owner - she said she had misjudged the time required and for this reason certain things were not done. A small discount was made to the invoice. Owner offered to return to complete the work (at whose cost not stated by her) but given what had occurred we won't use Maid4You again, would not have them return, and can not recommend them.
