Maid 2 Shine Regina

Based on the good reviews on Facebook I decided to hire maid 2 shine to clean my house. I purchased the move out package as I am currently in the process of selling my house and confirmed 3 times that the inside of the cabinets were going to be cleaned out and that I was getting the full package. My initial appointment was scheduled for Friday. The night before (Thursday) maid 2 shine informed me they would not be able to make it to my appointment and had to reschedule for Monday. Canceling my appointment the day before the weekend was a huge innconvience and concern for me because the house needs to look presentable for weekend showings. On Monday they showed up to the appointment early which I was happy about. When I got home after work I was shocked that I paid for the level of service I havd received. The blinds were filthy, along with the cubby which the garbage can sits in, the garbage can itself, the back cabinets and bathroom cabinets, shelves, etc hadnt been touched. I ended up taking some pictures and messaging maid 2 shine on fb. They offered to come out and do more cleaning if I would take all the blinds off the walls. I politely declined because I needed the house to be cleaned the night before for a showing plus I was so unhappy with the service I didnt want them back in my house. Instead, I asked for a portion of my money refunded and got no response, ignored. I feel as if I was robbed of my money and left to rush clean my house on my own. I left this same review on their fb page and it turns out she removed the comments and pictures I left on their page. I strongly suggest hiring a different cleaning company. Maid 2 shine is not dependable and the service is appalling.

My family gave me a gift certificate from Maid 2 Shine a couple of years ago. I chose to use it for vacuuming, dusting damp mopping and tidying the day before a group of guests arrived. I've never been so tickled with a gift in recent memory. I've continued to call on Maid 2 Shine for a number of similar occasions. I've been pleased every time.
