The build quality is exceptional and I haven't seen anything go up faster than this in our neighbourhood in the past. The owners are really nice too - offered me a coffee every time I ventured over there.

James, David and the Madrona crew were professional, worked fast and didn't cut corners. James was particularly good at communicating progress regularly and helping us with design decisions as new information was revealed. The quality of their work is superb.
