Her customer service skills were well below standard for the level the hotel prises itself. Would not recommend anyone else after that horrible experience. The hotel experience was awesome and spa was totally opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Galiano Inn for a relaxing girls Spa wknd and this place was amazing! I had Linda for my massage and it was one of the BEST massages I ever had. I get about 2 massages a month and Linda was beyond anything I get in the city. The rest of the girls all had different services with different members of the team and everyone was so satisfied with the services.
The spa has the most amazing views and a peaceful setting. The room was very clean and confortable.
I am going back just for the spa services.
