Order 100 Hats. They are all garbage! Waste of money. Logo is not straight on the hats. They Used lowest amount of thread possible. Will not refund order. He his proud of his work hahaha. Order was late

Small businesses beware, do not do business with this "company" taking money from people and not fulfilling orders. On top of that completely ghosts them. Unprofessional & Rude to clients.

Third order, paid in full upon invoice receipt, payment deposited, back and forth requesting updates and now no communication what so ever. It’s been over 3 months now and still waiting on proofs for an order of 24 hats. Very disappointed.

absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been so disappointed.
As a small business, we placed an order over 5 MONTHS AGO for 12 hats. Paid in full, since then I have emailed the company, DM’d them, called them and have been completely ghosted by this “company”. The last time we spoke to them was months ago and they said they’d be ready in 2 weeks and haven’t heard anything since. The lack of communication is ASTOUNDING to me. you should also be ashamed that you’re taking money from small businesses and not fulfilling orders.
100000% do not recommend.
