About Madani Group Painting and Stucco Coating

Mehdi and Mohamed Madani met back in 2005 at St. Boniface university. Call it luck, magic or destiny, they accidentally share the same last name although being from totally different backgrounds. Another attribute they share is a passion for entrepreneurship. Madani Group Painting was born from their collaboration. (Full story covered in the Free Press, December 10th, 2016.)

They painted areas I was expecting them to ignore (under a deck that is only two feet high and is on top of concrete rubble). The quote was done on the spot (no call back or email quote). The paint job was done in one day. The only aspect that made me choose four stars is that we had to reach out to ask when they were coming. They originally told us mid June, so I emailed them in mid-June to know where they were at and they told me they would come during the first week of July. Madani himself did the stucco job in 40C weather (incredible!). He told us he would paint by the end of the next week, but we didn’t hear from him until I emailed to ask. He told me the date and confirmed the colours the night before. They came at 7:00 AM and worked until 3:00 PM and everything was done. It looks absolutely fantastic and the stucco job (blocking a door and a window) is seamless. I would highly recommend Madani to anyone. Stephany Halikas

Very impressed with the consult for the choice of colour and service, they went over and above, repairing the stucco (with no trace of there being any cracks) and returning to touch up what the rain had undone in some spots! They told us that the back of our house would be painted in one day, and they worked hard in +30 heat to complete it from 7:30am to 7pm-ish. It was not an easy job. The previous owner painted unprepped wood siding which had been HORRENDOUSLY peeling , so the crew spent ages scrapping off as much as they could, they came 2 days before to pressure wash off the old paint as well. Since the wood was untreated, they ended up priming the house w/o an additional charge, as it was not on the original quote. There were lots of old wooden details (the corbels under the roof line) and there were so many windows with trim to paint! The house looks fantastic and we are so happy. They made the back of our house happy and looking alive again. We will definitely be reaching out to this company when we are ready to paint the rest of the house. Thank you Madani Group!
