Worth the wait for an appointment (although they were kind enough to fit me into a very busy schedule).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than just somewhere to get a haircut, Hanna has always shown herself to be someone who cares about her clients deeply.
I came in one day for an appointment not as my best self. I was visibly stressed out and in a mad rush. Hanna was professional and clearly saw what was going on and took extra care with me. At the end of the appointment she sent me off with words of encouragement that I really needed to hear.
Also, when I came in for a colour appointment and told her something wasn't feeling right about doing it today, she didn't pressure me, upsell me or make me feel guilty about changing my mind. She gave me the service I needed, not the service that would benefit her the most.
With these two experiences I really feel like this is a locally owned business in Pembroke I am happy to spend my money in. And when I do take the plunge into colourful hair I absolutely trust Hanna to do an amazing job.
