★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a quelques semaines, j’achetais ma surjeteuse Rock Beaudoin (499 $) , désirant une machine offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix. À la suite de la petite formation, très utile, où l’on nous signale ce sur quoi accorder une attention constante et particulière, quelles erreurs éviter, quels sont les trucs pour faciliter l’enfilage, je suis revenue confiante. Pour chaque tissu, organza, tricot très élastique, soie, ou autre, je découvre comment ajuster la tension, utiliser le différentiel, etc. Et cela fonctionne à merveille, bien au-delà de mes espérances. Une merveille pour moi qui ai tant tardé à me procurer ce bien précieux qui m’offre tant de possibilités pour un travail bien fait. Elle est le complément parfait de ma machine électronique Husqvarna. Merci infiniment à cette compagnie et à la dame qui s’est montrée si disponible et ouverte pour répondre à mes interrogations. Je suis très satisfaite. Mon besoin a trouvé une réponse parfaitement adaptée.
 A few weeks ago, I bought my Rock Beaudoin serger ($ 499), wanting a machine that offered great value for money. Following the very useful little training where we were told what to pay constant and particular attention to, what mistakes to avoid, what tips to make putting on easier, I came back confident. For each fabric, organza, very elastic knit, silk, or other, I discover how to adjust the tension, use the differential, etc. And it works wonderfully, well beyond my expectations. A wonder for me, who took so long to procure this precious possession which offers me so many possibilities for a job well done. It is the perfect complement to my Husqvarna electronic machine. Thank you very much to this company and to the lady who was so available and open to answer my questions. I am very satisfied. My need has found a perfectly adapted answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée 1 fois sur place, j'ai eue un bon service, même si on ne pas donné les bonnes aiguilles.
Mais franchement pour avoir le réparateur à la maison c'est une catastrophe. J'ai demandé à avoir le réparateur en décembre 2020 et en février 2021, je suis toujours sans nouvelles. Aucun suivi, rien. Je comprends qu'il y a une liste d'attente, une priorité de visite mais je pense qu''il y a un gros manque de service à la clientèle.
J'ai donc dû aller voir ailleurs et j'ai reçu les services requis en 4 jours.
I went there once, I had good service, even if we did not give the right needles.
But frankly to have the repairman at home it's a disaster. I asked to have the repairman in December 2020 and in February 2021 I am still without news. No follow-up, nothing. I understand there is a waiting list, a priority to visit but I think there is a big lack of customer service.
So I had to look elsewhere and I received the required services in 4 days.

La dame a pris le temps de me faire essayer la machine en me montrant le fonctionnement sans aucun stress et pression. Elle m’a même dit de revenir si j’avais d’autres questions ! Très très heureuse de mon achat et du service formidable que j’ai eu . Ils ont dépassé mes attentes, je vous les recommande ! Merci pour votre service !
I bought a sewing machine on June 16, 2021 at the Singer Rock Beaudoin Center and I had IMPECCABLE service !! The lady took the time to have me try the machine by showing me how it works without any stress and pressure. She even told me to come back if I had more questions! Very very happy with my purchase and the wonderful service I received. They exceeded my expectations, I recommend them to you! Thank you for your service !
