We specialize in precision machining of plastic back-up rings, wear rings or any part to be machined in plastic. We can offer custom products in PEEK, POM, Nylon, PTFE, Polyurethane and many more... While we're very fast at turning plastic, we're able to mill plastic, turn and mill metal. We have several machining methods new to the industry by using our very own custom designed tooling, also manufactured in house. We also have a special method of work holding meaning we can turn thin-walled plastic tube.
