They not only dealt with the auto insurer, but also with my disability insurer to make certain I could take the time I needed to heal and get the appropriate treatment. I was informed at the outset that it was important not to rush as these matters take time and I was happy to let the professional team at MacGillivray Law pursue the process. There was no need to pay any fee up front and I was free to call with any questions or concerns along the way. I was updated regularly with any developments. I had the good fortune of being represented by Chad Horton who was determined to see that I receive a substantial award for my injuries and I was very pleased with the outcome.
