When selling I thought I would try to save money and use 1% realty but the realtor wanted me to under value my place for a quick sale. That was disappointing to have a realtor that didn't value his clients needs. I then went back to my local specialist, Carol. She sold in 1 week what the other guy couldn't do in a month.
