Over the past 5 years I've worked with Gloria Tsau and have found her to be both extremely efficient and approachable. I'm always surprised by how quickly she responds and goes above and beyond to ensure needs are met in a timely way. She's an excellent communicator as a result and I'm never left wondering or waiting. She's wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her professionalism and kindness.

I recently moved to Vancouver and rented out an apartment with Gloria Tsau from Macdonald Commercial Real Estate as my property manager. As moving can be quite stressful, I was thrilled to work with Gloria as I noticed and appreciated her great attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness. She made the moving process easy and seamless from viewing the apartment, signing rental documents, and moving and settling in. If I ever have any questions or need help with a maintenance repair I can always count on Gloria to respond promptly and in a kind helpful manner. After 2 years of living in my residence I had to hand my keys off to Gloria Tsau as I have moved into my own property. From the day I began renting my unit to leaving my unit, Gloria has shown the utmost professionalism and was very communicative. We had a wonderful experience with Gloria Tsau during a recent showing. She was punctual and very responsive with her communication leading up to it. Given the short and limited time available due to numerous parties scheduled for the viewings, we felt she answered all the questions we had for her regarding the property. Once we submitted our application, she was again extremely fast in processing the various checks and references along with communicating the status with us every step of the way. In the past 4 years I had excellent experience with one of the property managers——Everything Gloria does is thorough and detailed. The inspection form, keys and parking passes were logged and kept on file with photographs of everything not a single thing was missing. This is reflective of my entire history with Gloria. Whenever I had a question she would call me back almost immediately. Although there weren't many issues with the place over the years if something broke down she would be on it right away and would always be in touch with me to let me know that she would endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible. This gave me confidence and security knowing that my rental home was going to be well maintained and managed. I even recall her coming all the way to my office to resign paperwork at lease renewal time and in fact that was another detail that she never forgot about -she would be in touch with me months ahead and I found that to be very remarkable considering the amount of properties that she manages. I often felt guilty for making her work so hard late at night or on the weekends because I would notice that she would reply to me even if it was after business hours! Rarely have I ever seen this sort of work ethic and as an HR Manager myself it's refreshing to see employees with such dedication and professionalism. I feel that Gloria represents Macdonald Commercial Real Estate in the highest terms and I would not hesitate to seek out your company for other services in the future. Please accept my appreciation for running such a great operation -my dealings and time with Macdonald Realty was a very positive one and I would attribute this to Gloria Tsau who was my property manager.

My husband and I would like to provide some feedback on our experience with Gloria Tsau. In short: extremely positive. We met her about 2 1/2 years ago, when we were looking for a rental. We met several people showing us different home rentals and then we met her when she led us through the property managed by your company. While we liked the house, it still required some major work: paining, carpeting, new washroom with shower in basement, etc. We were looking at possibly moving in within a week! Very calmly but also with confidence, Gloria told us that it would all be ready for when we moved in and to trust her. We did, and we have not regretted it since. It has been a true pleasure to work with her. She is very professional and courteous and always available (even weekends and evenings). She takes care of any issues right away and sends the appropriate handyman over in a timely manner and subsequently verified if all was done and in good condition again. What a breath of fresh air. As we just moved out of the property (relocating to the USA), our experience again was very positive. The movers took longer than anticipated causing a conflict with our agenda to meet Gloria. Once more she made sure to accommodate our needs and was very accommodating around the final home inspection. We wanted you to know how much we have appreciated her and the fact that she is a true credit to your organization.
