★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bin and paid the deposit. Once the bin was removed, with very little in it, I was unable to get a receipt for tax purposes or a credit refund for not coming near to the bin base tipping weight. I have reached out via email and phone many times to no avail. I am not a repeat customer so I assume that they don't care to treat with me going forward. Shifty business. I should have known better, as they were the bin of choice with one of my contractors, and he was shifty as well. He hired homeless people that stole from the property.
